Refund policy

At Send It Jigs, every product is carefully handcrafted and packed with intention. Because of the nature of our small-batch items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t right, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to hello@senditjigs.com and our team will get back to you within 24 hours. 

To start a claim, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once approved, we will gladly send an exact replacement of the damaged or defective item. Refunds will not be issued; replacements are the only resolution for approved claims.

Shipping Delays 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once accepted by USPS, delivery times are outside of our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds. If a package is determined to be lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
