Processing Times

Because many of our products are handcrafted, processing times vary slightly:

• Custom Jigs: Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Each custom piece is made to order and carefully crafted just for you.

• All Other Products: In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent out. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your email address.

Additional Information

Shipping times after your order leaves our hands will depend on the carrier and your location. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds. If a package is determined to be lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
